I am doing this because helping people is my calling and nutrition coaching is my tool. By changing parents’ views of food and cooking, I can influence their children’s well being directly. When dealing with children, inspiring them to learn how much better they can feel with good, balanced food.
Increasing the use of fresh ingredients and cutting back on processed foods is my strategy to get people hooked on quality food, learning to make foods for themselves makes them feel pride and can be a source of relaxation and mindfulness, that also helps with creating long term results.
